School for the final game of the 2009 season. The weather was windy, rainy, and

Vince Patritto. Vince took a toss from QB Pat Ryan and swept around left end
for a twenty yard drive capping TD. The extra point try was missed. Each team
scored two touchdowns over the course of four quarters, with Patritto adding his
second TD late in the fourth quarter, but the four point difference in the final
score came from The Comets' two, two point conversions.

sophomores looks very bright. Good luck, stay together, and we'll see you in
the weightroom!"

Howell 33 Lakleand 6 Howell MI - Thursday, October 15th, 2009 Howell's Freshman football team notched it's 7th win of
the 2009 season with a victory over the visiting Waterford Lakeland
Eagles behind a stingy defense and nicely executed special teams.
Lynnen Bostic kicked three P.A.T.'s for his 2nd consecutive game while D.J.
Arnold's punts kept the Eagles pinned deep in their territory much of
the game.
4 Highlander running backs earned touchdowns on
the day as the offense effectively spread the scoring around. Kyle DeCamp
carried for 49 yards and a TD while D.J. pounded out 41 yards with two scores.

because of a penalty. It didn't keep him scoring again, however, as Evan picked
up 32 more yards and a TD late in the game.

interception coupled with a 31 yard return that put the offense in great field
position. D.J. opened the 2nd half with one of his TD's one play later.
